Finally, we can get together and visit with our fellow Madison Packer Backers!!!
All Madison Packer Backers club members are invited to our 2021 Annual Club Meeting on Sunday, June 27th at 1:00pm in the Essen Haus Madison. Our Annual Club Meeting (required by our club bylaws) will include the approval of our 2020 meeting mailing, a club financial review and updates of club activities from the Board of Directors and Officers. (Note: there is no biennial voting this year for Club Officers). The floor will be open for club members to ask questions and to provide input and suggestions.
50/50 tickets will be available with the proceeds being raised for our annual club donation to the Rawhide Youth Services (formerly Rawhide Boy’s Ranch). We will have a special drawing for all club members in attendance for a chance to win (2) bus & ticket packages for a 2021 preseason Packer game!!!
There is no cost to attend the annual meeting (you may purchase your own food and beverages), but please let us know if you’re planning to attend by emailing madisonpackerbackers@gmail.com or returning the sign-up form.
